Professional Code of Conduct for Attorneys-at-law (BORA), the Code of Conduct for Attorneys in the European Union (CCBE) and the Lawyer's Compensation Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz- RVG). The provisions of the Specialist Lawyers' Regulations (Fachanwaltsordnung- FAO) also apply to the specialist lawyers working for Vorberg.Law. Professional Liability Insurance

The professional liability insurance of the lawyers working for Vorberg.Law rests with Allianz Versicherung AG, 80802 Munich, Germany, and meets the requirements of § 51 of the German Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO). This includes the minimum insurance sum of EUR 250,000 (amount in words: two hundred and fifty thousand) for each insured event and a maximum payment for all damages caused within an insurance year of EUR 1,000,000 (amount in words: one million). The scope of the insurance extends to the European area.

All attorneys working for Vorberg.Law agree in principle to participate in dispute resolution proceedings at the arbitration board of the legal profession.
